Utopia is not only described in novels and songs but also in youth films. Among these films, I like the FernGully the most because it draws us, the audiences specially kids, near natural environment. The film illustrates a fairy community living peacefully and happily in the last rain forest. The forest is such a wonderful world with all types of special creatures and beautiful lands and trees. However, the utopian world turns into a dystopian one when humans arrive and start to cut down trees, burn the environment, and trap the animals. With love and braveness, the Fairies fight back the evil force that aims to destroy the Ferngully forest and recreate their utopian world.
